On Monday July 27 we went to purchase a used vehicle, 2024 Silverado 1500. It was a horrible experience from the get go! Sales manager RUBEN LOZA made an offer, we countered offered to see if we could meet somewhere in the middle. Sales manager states that the 1st offer is what it is and if we counter offer again he would raise the price from the original price because if he puts the vehicle on the lot there are people in line waiting to purchase this particular vehicle. Being that this truck was going to be for my grandson and he will be going out of state for college, I proceeded to purchase the vehicle. Sales manager Ruben Loza didnt introduce himself or acknowledge us during or after the purchase of the vehicle. He was very rude and condescending. If he doesn't appreciate or show any type of respect to a returning customer, THEN HE IS IN THE WRONG POSITION and in the wrong type of work. HORRIBLE individual!!!!!! Once the vehicle was ready, 2 days later...... and it was released to us, after driving it for a few miles in town it sprung a coolant leak. Antifreeze was all over the engine compartment. AGAIN WE ONLY HAD THE VEHICLE FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS. I then called the salesman to inform them of the situation and was advised to park the truck and they would pick it up the next morning to take to their shop for evaluation. Later on thay day I asked the finance manager for my money back. Finance manager was easy to talk to and very professional. On July 31st I met with the finance manager Brady Dearing and discussed the process of getting my money back for the used truck. He mentioned that he did not want to lose us as customers and offered to show us another vehicle. We ended up purchasing a brand new 2026 silverado TrailBoss 1500 with a durmax engine which my grandson LOVES. So for the purchase of the 2026 silverado survey, it went very very well!! Thanks to the help of Brady Dearing and sales manager Freddy Sosa, they were very professional and treated us with respect. This was the 3rd time we have dealt with Freddy Sosa, he has always been a very respectful and professional individual.
