Took my car in for its 2nd oil change. Brought it back home and leaked oil I called to get it fixed after I said I wouldn’t want to drive the car they still came to pick it up and drove it themselves to the shop. They didn’t offer no refund no further discounts or anything. If I didn’t have to take it to the dealership where it was purchased I definitely would never be back. Unfortunately to keep the warranty I was told it can only go there. Worse service and customer service

Martin was great and I got a new car.

After a 3 week wait for an appointment, repairs were completed in less than 90 minutes. I was disappointed that the service advisor believed the problem was my fault. My service engine light was caused by a failure of the truck to go into regen. I explained my truck is only driven on the highway, usually hundreds of miles at a time. It is however driven infrequently. I was advised to drive more, without explaination, because the miles on the truck were too low.
